As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for program coordination, partnership development, client engagement, and data management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Army Career Skills Programs, including scheduling, organizing, and tracking classes and cohorts
- Build relationships with industry partners to identify high-demand career opportunities
- Provide exceptional support to transitioning Soldiers, including facilitating application processes and scheduling interviews
- Analyze program data to recommend improvements and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
