Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Command Installation Manager (CIM) and Liaison Officer (LNO) to ensure clients are referred to appropriate transition support agencies.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall delivery of services.
Key Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a customer service or military-related environment.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and online career resources.
- Demonstrated experience with scheduling systems, data entry, and office operations.
