Key Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to customers while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station at all times.
- Monitor customer needs and ensure that all requests are fulfilled promptly.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous bartending experience preferred.
- Ability to pass Basic Math Test and obtain gaming license from the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
- Serv-Safe certification within 180 days of hire.
- C.A.R.E. certification prior to start date.
