Count Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
Candidates for the Count Operations Attendant - Count Rooms role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable gaming regulations and procedures. They will report any incidents or conditions that compromise the team's ability to adhere to gaming regulations to management. Additionally, they will contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to established safety guidelines and identifying potential hazards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to operate electric carts and count room-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations of the Gaming Commission, as well as company policies, procedures, and controls.
• Perform aspects of Count Operations procedures on the floor and in the count room in accordance with department procedures and Internal Controls.
• Retrieve cash boxes and/or coin buckets from slot machines.
• Operate electric carts and tow multiple trailers safely and efficiently.
• Sort, count, and wrap coins using various equipment.
• Sort coins by denomination using coin separating machines, remove counterfeit, mutilated cash/coins, and separate foreign chips.
• Count, verify, and record games revenue for each box or container while in the secured count room.
• Sort contents of each drop box by cash, coin, or chip, and then by denomination of each.
• Maintain knowledge of and perform functions in accordance with established gaming regulations and procedures.
