Job Summary : We are seeking a Table Games Dealer to join our team at Pearl River Resort and Bok Homa. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for managing the game being dealt, handling player transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate must be at least 21 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Prior experience as a table games dealer or completion of a dealer's school is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Protect and control the game being dealt
- Conduct games in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Handle player transactions and notify Pit Manager of irregularities
- Maintain a professional and courteous atmosphere
- Promote departmental and property-wide promotions
Requirements:
- Age: 21 years or older
- Gaming License: Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; prior experience as a table games dealer or completion of a dealer's school
- Special Qualifications: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills; must possess certification and pass an audition for one of the following game combinations within one year of employment: Blackjack (including handheld and shoe), Carnival Games, & Craps; Blackjack (including handheld and shoe), Carnival Games, Baccarat, & Roulette
