Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Summary: Performs administrative and secretarial duties, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and providing information to callers.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates.
Physical Demands: The ability to walk or stand for 50% of assigned shift, sit for extended periods, and lift at least forty (40) pounds.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities, and record minutes.
- Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
- Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons.
- Operate office equipment, use computers, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Stock, order, and organize office supplies.
- Open, read, route, and distribute mail, and prepare answers to routine letters.
- Complete forms according to company procedures.
- Review work for correct spelling and grammar, and recommend revisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and lead by example.
- Consistently attend work on time.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred, Associate's degree preferred.
- Related experience and/or training required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Products.
- Previous use and knowledge of HRIS and Kronos software and systems preferred.
