Enjoy a competitive pay structure ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 base salary, plus commission and bonuses , as you take charge of our state-of-the-art facility.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR AUTOMOTIVE SHOP FOREMAN - MANAGER
THE SCHEDULE :
As our Automotive Shop Foreman - Manager, you will work a consistent schedule from 8 am to 5 : 30 pm.
YOUR ROLE :
As the Automotive Shop Manager - Foreman at Choice Auto Repair, you swiftly assess the workflow to ensure that every technician is aligned for maximum shop efficiency. While you dive into diagnosing vehicles, your keen eye catches even the slightest anomalies. You find satisfaction in mentoring junior technicians, sharing your expertise, and watching their confidence grow as they tackle their own challenges. Throughout the day, you seamlessly weave between helping your fellow technicians troubleshoot complex issues and overseeing operations, cultivating a team atmosphere that thrives on collaboration and excellence. Your leadership not only keeps the shop running smoothly but also fosters an environment where everyone's skills can shine, making each day a rewarding journey in automotive excellence.
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
- Valid driver's license
- 10 years of auto technician experience
- ASE certification
- Management / leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
