Summary:
Choice Aviation Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Passenger Services Supervisor to lead a team of Passenger Services Agents in delivering exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing key functions contracted by the airline, such as ticketing, check-in, baggage services, and customer assistance, while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate team shifts to maintain seamless operations.
- Conduct shift briefings and actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance feedback to the team.
- Monitor operational performance and address customer concerns proactively.
- Perform Passenger Services Agent duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all security requirements, company policies, and SOPs.
- Submit payroll data and oversee operational reporting requirements.
- Maintain quality assurance standards and cooperate with inspectors to ensure compliance.

- Willingness to participate in formal training programs (e.g., Train the Trainer).
- Proficient in computer applications and fluent in English (written and spoken).
