Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Passenger Service Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting with various ramp duties to ensure smooth aircraft arrivals and departures. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the ramp at all times.
- Set up and organize equipment and baggage on the ramp.
- Marshal aircraft during arrivals, departures, and tows, including guiding and parking.
- Load and unload baggage and cargo safely and efficiently.
- Service aircraft by filling potable water, cleaning cabins, and maintaining lavatories.
- Communicate constantly with flight crews and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and airline policies.
- Operate Ground Service Equipment (GSE) safely and conduct equipment checks.
- Participate in our Safety Management System (SMS) by reporting hazards and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Assist in maintaining quality control by complying with inspection procedures.
- Complete airline-specific training and recertification as required.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Successful completion of all airline training programs and certifications.
