We seek a highly skilled IT Operations Lead to join our team and lead the development and support of our cloud, network, and desktop environment. This is a startup culture; the role will be strategic and hands-on.
In this role, you will administer our M365 tenant and endpoint configuration, deployment, and support. You will also collaborate closely with external technology and security service providers to ensure our network remains resilient, highly scalable, and secure as our business proliferates.
You will lead the company in growing and maturing its IT services capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Inspire and mentor a growing IT Services team while being a key advisor to the CTO
- Plan and lead ongoing technology integration of firms we acquire through M&A, including migrating newly acquired companies into our 365 tenant
- Design and implement configurations and standards for the companys mission-critical Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange, Entra, InTune, and Defender.
- Execute and maintain technology standards and solutions, including endpoint protection, patching, and RMM.
- Work closely with the companys managed detection and response team to address security threats and vulnerabilities
- Provide insights and leadership around optimizing cloud costs
- Evaluate, recommend, and work with technology vendors and service providers
