Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Team Leadership: In conjunction with Technical Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture aligned with TRG’s values.
- Technical Support: Act as a point of escalation for technical issues, assisting the team with troubleshooting and resolving complex system, network, and equipment problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and resource management.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support business growth and expansion.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and project success.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, cybersecurity standards, and TRG’s internal policies
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within IT services, telecommunications, or government contracting.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of network engineering, RF systems, and cybersecurity practices, with the ability to assist in hands-on troubleshooting and support.
- Leadership & Maturity: Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and navigate high-pressure situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities, make strategic decisions, and pivot when necessary to meet evolving business needs
