POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Director, Project Managemetn will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of projects, from development through implementation. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen and operational expertise, as the individual will collaborate with external clients as well as internal stakeholders across various departments, including client services, global trade, and operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design, develop, and implement efficient project plans to manage ongoing projects effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal Choice teams to foster cross-departmental coordination and cooperation.
- Flexibility to adapt working hours to different time zones when collaborating with international teams or addressing global business needs.
- Monitor all internal and external milestones to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and the project remains on track.
- Maintain project status reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Engage cross-departmental subject matter experts at the appropriate stages of each project.
- Coordinate resource planning and requirements with departmental stakeholders
- Proactively identify recurring issues and work with subject matter experts within Choice to develop corrective actions.
- Advocate for sustainable business processes, prioritizing long-term solutions over temporary workarounds.
- Perform ongoing analysis of productivity-related business processes between clients and the company.
- Present progress reports, integrate feedback, and provide guidance and supervision for assigned tasks.
