Role Overview:
The Assistant Project Manager will report directly to leadership at Vivid Project Management and play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to strategic decisions that drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities from inception to completion.
- Support leadership in managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and compliance with project plans.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support the goals of Vivid Project Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, owner’s representation, or a related discipline (internship experience considered).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry best practices is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
