Choice Staffing is seeking Customer service representative/Logisticts for a food company located in the area of Woodbridge, NJ.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate:
$19 per hour
(Time and half for OT hours)
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Perform data entry to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Spanish is a must.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude
- Minimum 1 year of logistics experience.
