Choice Medical Group has been serving the local area for over 30 years and has a network of over 200 physicians. Choice Medical Group is physician owned and located in Apple Valley, CA. and we are currently looking for Family Nurse Practitioner’s to join our growing team:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have valid, and kept current/in good standing throughout employment:

CA Registered Nursing License

CA Nurse Practitioner License

CA Nurse Practitioner Furnishing License

DEA

BLS

ACLS

Must not be on OIG/GSA exclusion list (qualified to see Medicare patients)

Apple Valley is located two hours from southern California beaches, 45 minutes to ski slopes and 3 hours from Las Vegas. It is the perfect blend of that small town feel, in a large area with lots of shopping and entertainment. Our area also boasts some of the best priced real estate in Southern California.
