What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Inventory Clerk position at Choice One Staffing Group, Inc.?
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Inventory Clerk to be a part of a great team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively maintaining accurate warehoused inventory balances and ensuring optimal service levels to customers. Day to day duties include cycle count all areas, assist with emails, and assist with will call coverage as needed.
**Position is temporary with the possibility of becoming temp to hire.
Pay rate:
- $18/hr.
- Weekly Pay
Hours/Location:
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Onsite position - Zelienople, PA
- Weekend overtime is possible depending on needs. **No overtime during the week**
Job Description:
- Ensures that all daily inventory transactions are recorded into the inventory system completely, accurately, and in a timely manner in order to maintain accurate available stock balance.
- Ensures that monthly reconciling items are resolved timely, completely and accurately.
- Ensures all physical inventories are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Must have good communication skills (verbal & email)
- General Math skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
- Must have cycle count experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be comfortable to work in a cooler temp environment
