- daily scouring of property for trash and debris
- resident work orders - clogged drains, leaking faucets, fix door handles, install appliances, paint, install lighting, etc
- get units ready for new move ins - ensure every inch of the apartment has been inspected and go above and beyond so our new resident steps in to their perfect home.
- some lawn care and landscaping at times
- some on call
Requirements:
- must live within a 20 minute drive of Kalamazoo

- clean driving record and background check
- ability to pass a drug test
- ability to lift 100 lbs
- have own basic tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
