Our company is currently seeking a knowledgeable, experienced, and motivated Maintenance Supervisor for our fast-paced Kentwood apartment community. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate in an expanding Property Management company.
The Maintenance Supervisor is preferred, but not required to have at least 3 years of experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Apartment make-readies
- Day to day operations
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Appliance repair
- Electrical
