Night Community Relations Patrol Officer

1x Full Time 5x days a week 8pm-4am. (40 Hrs.)

1x Part Time 3x days a week 8pm-4am. (24 Hrs.)

Full time employees are eligible for Medical Insurance

Ability to work every Friday & Saturday is a requirement. (In pre-approved circumstances a Friday or Saturday can be approved off by management)

Job Description: We are looking to add a Community Relations Patrol Officer to our team! The Community Relations officer will be responsible for such duties including but not limited to:

· Monitoring traffic coming into The Community

· Verifying residents & guests

· Denying entry if a guest cannot be verified.

. Assisting with lockouts after hours

· Recording guest’s incoming into web-based rent management software.

· Monitoring security cameras while not monitoring traffic.

· Communicate with residents via text or call regarding and reported or seen lease violation.

· Assist delivery drivers & taxis/ubers/lyfts if they have questions regarding their destination.

· Keep & maintain a clean and sanitary Community Relations Officer outpost.

· Keep & maintain a clean entry way into property to project a good image.

· Greet every resident and guest with a good demeanor but able to be firm with unwanted guests if the situation occurs.

· Nightly streetlight and front door light audits.

· Calling emergency services if the need arises.

· Calling towing services if the need arises.

Qualifications: High School Degree or Equivalent.

Clean driving record & the ability to pass a drug screen.

Must have dependable Transporation.

Must live within a 30-minutes of East Lansing 48823

Previous experience in law enforcement or security is a plus but not necessary.

Generous compensation package which includes performance-based bonuses, commissions. Benefits start after 90 days for Full time employees.
