Key Responsibilities
Organize Projects, Deadlines and Prioritize Support
- Coordinates communication campaigns and initiatives, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Balances competing priorities by managing team support requests, addressing urgent needs while focusing on long-term goals.
- Tracks and maintains communication team project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is documented.
- Documents key discussions, action items, and decisions from meetings and calls, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
- Maintains comprehensive, organized records to support efficient project management and follow-up actions.
- Collects, organizes, and manages data for marketing and communication activities as requested.
- Analyzes data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Assists with tracking and reporting data to measure the success of campaigns and enrollment efforts.
- Audits pupil accounting reports for compliance and accuracy, flagging and addressing discrepancies.
- Collaborates with the team to resolve data-related challenges and ensure accurate reporting.
- Edits and proofreads internal and external communication materials for accuracy and clarity.
- Ensures consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across various channels.
- Manages incoming marketing support requests, delegating tasks and ensuring timely responses.
- Updates and maintains content on WordPress websites as needed.
- Troubleshoots minor website issues and coordinates with developers for complex problems.
- Ensures digital content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with communication goals.
- Monitors Google Analytics and suggests improvements to website content based on data.
- Conducts quarterly website audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.
- Manages and supports MailChimp contact lists and email content.
- Reconciles credit card statements as required.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders to develop and order promotional materials.
- Executes mass email communications for central office and school teams.
- Provides support for various team projects, including tasks such as social media content creation, graphic design projects, video editing, blog writing, and email creation, among other responsibilities.
- 0-2 years of experience working in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Exceptional editing and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Bachelor's Degree or associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations
- Experience with:
- Project management systems (Monday.com)
- Email marketing systems (Mailchimp)
- Design software (Adobe or Canva)
- Website hosting platforms (Wordpress, Beaver Builder, Breakdance)
