Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our builder clients, ensuring that they receive outstanding service and support throughout their experience with us. Your role will be essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and streamlining our service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, resolution, and service requests
- Accurately process incoming Purchase Orders from multiple vendor portals, email and phone calls
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status
- Coordinate with sales, installation, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of customer issues
- Manage and track customer orders from initiation through to completion, including scheduling and follow-up
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy, working to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our software
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to address any service or operational challenges
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a home improvement or trade service environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
