Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Inform doctors of patients arrival, and take messages as necessary.
- Provide customer support by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office management practices.
