Summary: As an Account Executive at ChoiceLocal, you are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our clients/partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success. Your role involves developing and executing online strategies to drive business growth while emphasizing amazing customer service and strategic planning. With a hands-on approach, you will focus on refining processes and identifying opportunities to benefit our clients/partners and their businesses. Your decisions and actions are crucial, directly influencing and contributing to ChoiceLocal’s health and growth potential and carrying significant responsibility to both your team and the clients/partners who rely on your expertise.

Mandatory Job Responsibilities:


Ensure Client/Partner Satisfaction

  • Independently foster strong relationships with all assigned clients/partners, serving as their main point of contact for the franchisees or business owners.
  • Create and communicate monthly reporting recaps to clients/partners, showcasing strong digital marketing results and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and demonstrate new opportunities for growth for all assigned clients/partners.
  • Present quarterly game plan initiatives to franchisees/clients/partners and always be seeking strategic opportunities to grow their business and enhance their partnership with ChoiceLocal.
  • Maintain client/partner revenue, program success, and satisfaction by checking program performance at least twice a month for all clients/partners using Google Analytics and other KPIs. Create intervention plans for underperforming locations.
  • Provide amazing customer service by building genuine personal relationships with clients/partners, always looking out for their best interests, and rejecting any course of action that would lead to sub-standard results for them.
  • Respond to all client/partner communication in a timely manner exemplifying amazing customer service.
  • Independently and autonomously create and complete tasks assigned from Basecamp.
  • Reduce cancellations by identifying the root cause and responding with rebuttal messages to address their concern and highlight the benefits of continuing their partnership with ChoiceLocal.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Manage client/partner retention, add-on, pricing, and service offerings in a way that protects near-term profitability and the team’s ability to grow.
  • Advocate for clients/partners to find solutions that create results, pushing through difficult situations with honesty, integrity, and optimism. Always see the best in our partners and Team Members, especially in moments when they may not be at their best.
  • Work together with the ChoiceLocal capabilities team to ensure all client/partner initiatives are completed on time and up to the high standards of our best practices.
  • Uphold ChoiceLocal’s high leadership standards by monitoring and safeguarding team morale, actively seeking and acting on feedback, providing hands-on support, taking full accountability for both personal and team actions to ensure no one feels unsupported.
  • Always advocate for your clients/partners must persistently seek solutions that deliver results, navigating challenging situations with honesty, integrity, and optimism, and consistently recognizing the best in clients/partners and team members, particularly during their toughest moments.
  • Continue to learn, test, and teach new ideas, committing to ongoing personal and professional growth, attending all best practice meetings and trainings, and bringing passion, energy, and creativity to their work, recognizing the impact on our partners and their families.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years in digital marketing and eagerness for continuous learning and testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Demonstrates exceptional emotional intelligence, with the ability to effectively navigate interpersonal dynamics and understand the emotions of oneself and others.
