Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
• Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in food preparation as needed during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
