What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assistant position at Chop Shop Butchery?
Chop Shop Butchery is hiring production assistants for our USDA facility where we produce raw meats, sausages, prepared foods, charcuterie, etc.
As a production assistant you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks throughout the work day including but not limited to: Cleaning, packaging, cooking, light butchery, completion of paperwork, and operation of meat processing equipment.
Full and Part-time positions available
6:30-4:30 Monday-Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
