Production Control Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Control Assistant to join our team in a manufacturing facility. The Production Control Assistant will complete data entry and data analysis for Marion Production. Global Shop, Excel, and MS Word will be used extensively.

Responsibilities/daily tasks:

• Enter daily production efficiency data and post.
• Write and enter tracking sheets daily.
• Enter issue log data daily.
• Resolve inventory errors.
• Monitor brass chip return inventory.
• Enter Davenport wash counts in balancing.
• Possibly become involved with balancing work orders.
• Assist with any special manufacturing projects.
• Assist manufacturing and Mark with miscellaneous data entry.
• Performs other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
• Willing to work flexible hours as necessary
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of Manufacturing experience.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft/Excel.
• Must have ERP System experience.
• High School/GED required.
