What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Server position at Chosen 1 Seafood?
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant’s staff, ensuring quality customer service, and driving sales and profitability. The Restaurant Manager will also maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and best practices
- Ability to create and analyze financial reports and data
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant POS.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
