Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tree Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tree care and landscape maintenance, with experience in operating bucket trucks and performing tree trimming. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees and landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate bucket trucks safely to access trees for trimming and removal.
• Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, mulching, and weeding.
• Utilize GIS technology to assess tree health and plan maintenance schedules.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding tree care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with bucket operation and rigging techniques is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including garden care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company while enhancing skills related to tree service operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Year round work
