Role’s Mission:
Because 5th-8th Ministries (Middle School Ministries or MSM) chiefly desires for students to have a personal relationship with Jesus as well as help them take their next steps of faith, the Fort Worth Campus Girls Director will shepherd, equip, and empower volunteer leaders to disciple students, assist in creating, organizing, and running ministry events that setup the student leader relationship to thrive, and be a lead on 5th MSM trips.
- As an equipper of leaders, the 5th-8th Fort Worth Campus Girls Director identify, recruit, and shepherd leaders to better disciple students. She will intentionally shepherd female leaders, so they show up consistently and intentionally in the lives of students, partner with parents, create a safe place for current and new students, and be the face of 5th-8th to the community.
- The 5th-8th Fort Worth Campus Girls Director will work alongside the 5th-8th Team to create welcoming and engaging weekly Sunday morning programs to disciple 5th -8th grade students.
- As a connector, the 5th-8th Fort Worth Campus Girls Director will extend the reach of our ministry by familiarizing themselves with all of Christ Chapel’s ministries (Kids, High School Ministry, College, Women in the Word, Band of Brothers, etc.), with the City of Fort Worth and the different schools in the area (Country Day, FWCD, SCS, McLean, All Saints, Covenant Classical, Great Hearts, Fort Worth Academy, TVS, Trinity Prep, Applied Learning Academy, etc.)

Qualifications
Role’s Requirements:
- Must be a professing and evident Christian.
- Must obviously, consistently, and increasingly bearing the fruit of the Spirit from their personal faith with Christ. (Galatians 5:22-23)
- Must embrace our church’s doctrinal position and constitution as well as be an advocate of our philosophy of ministry both in public and in private.
- PREFERED – a bachelor’s degree or seminary degree and a minimum of 2 years church or parachurch experience in a similar field.
Role’s Additional information:
- This position reports directly to the Fort Worth 5th-8th Pastor.
- This role is required to work several trips that involve overnight stays of multiple days.
- This role’s biggest day of the week is Sunday
- AM–Sunday morning 5th programming MSM (6th-8th) programming
- PM–Sunday Evening MSM Small Groups
