Responsibilities:

- Contact and recruit potential team members to join the Quest Kids leadership team. ">
- Oversee the assigned Quest Kids leaders team to ensure they are equipped to lead effectively. ">
- Attend and contribute to regular meetings for Quest Kids to discuss important topics and make decisions. ">
- Empower and encourage team members to minister effectively in their areas of strength and gifting. ">
- Assist in scheduling team members and finding substitutes when necessary to ensure continuity of service. ">
- Ensure all procedures and policies are enforced to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. ">
- Supervise volunteer leaders and children, conducting regular staff assessments and recognizing training needs. ">
- Assist the Campus Director in maintaining the classrooms, including closet upkeep, inventory management, and recommending improvements to the Facilities Department. ">
- Manage volunteer appreciation and provide a personal touch to all team members across both campuses through various communication channels. ">
- Lead VIP Huddles before all Sunday services and assigned Quest Kids events to prepare the team for success. ">
- Stay knowledgeable about curriculum formats and models of application to provide informed guidance to team members. ">
- Provide performance assessments of volunteers in their assigned groups to help them grow and improve. ">
- Monitor and record accidents, incidents, and risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for everyone. ">
- Promote partnerships between volunteers, staff, and parents to foster a sense of community and collaboration. ">
