Schedule: Monday–Thursday, full-time hours (no weekends or holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently document all patient encounters in real-time during medical exams
- Record patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans as directed by the physician
- Assist in updating patient medical records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
- Support clinic workflow by collaborating with medical staff and front office as needed
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or pre-health coursework preferred
- Prior experience as a scribe or in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, typing speed, and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
