The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) is responsible for developing, implementing and leading recruitment strategies and activities for The Christ Hospital Health Network.

Key responsibilities include; identifying best in class practices inside and outside of the industry, proactively identifying recruitment trends and potential challenges facing the organization/solutions, developing talent, working closely with marketing team to formulate effective recruiting stories and messages, insuring state of the art technology solutions are properly being leveraged, driving innovation within the organization and among the team in terms of new recruiting strategies, and building productive working relationships with key business partners in the organization. When required, directly recruits for assigned requisitions, typically to include leadership and/or complex positions.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 7 years of recruiting experience required, previous management experience required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Must be able to demonstrate past success with the creation of internal/external pipelines, creative sourcing strategies and effective social media tactics. Ability to demonstrate superior relationship building, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and communication/presentation skills.

  • Develop and lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient, effective and consistent application of processes, procedures and policies
  • Establish strategically aligned goals and metrics, monitors team performance to ensure success
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Identify and recommend professional development opportunities
  • Develop an overall recruitment strategy for the entire enterprise, considering the wide range of functions and dynamics in the industry. Investigate and implements the best-in-class practices
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders of the organization to determine workforce requirements and develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives designed to meet the needs of TCHHN
  • Partner with TCHHN leadership to proactively identify needs
  • Develop, implement and measure initiatives
  • Create and implement unique recruitment plans
  • Partner with HR leadership team to drive innovation and improvements across the entire department and organization
  • Participate in enterprise-wide projects and initiatives
  • Build a data-driven recruiting organization, developing and maintaining recruiting metrics and analytics that provide insights, drive decision making, and measure team productivity
  • Monitor data and metrics including key funnel metrics (phone screen to interview; interview to offer, offer to hire, etc.) to analyze, report out, and make decisions on how to optimize sourcing efforts to deliver results, resourcing planning, etc
  • Oversees end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Primary recruiter for strategic and critical requisitions
  • Lead and advance programs to improve manager screening and interview practices to ensure top quality hires
