The purpose of the Sr. Administrative Assistant for Construction, Facilities and Risk Management is to support the mission of CCV by providing administrative support to the Construction, Facilities and Risk Management team.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the Director and team as needed.
- Attend and take meeting notes, specifically identifying and detailing points of follow-up for the team.
- Receive and prepare all construction invoices for review with Finance Director and Area Construction Managers for approval and processing.
- Onboard new construction vendors and contractors.
- Monthly expense report processing for team members.
- Help with onboarding of new team members including schedules and ramp plans.
- Assist with Monday.com (project management platform) to track the progress of projects and ensure tracking is up to date and project codes are updated.
- Assist with Construction Interior design as needed.
- Administrative support to the Director for Risk Management items including :
Primary contact for CCV's GL, Property, Auto and other specialty insurance
