Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Support:
- Assist teachers in the delivery of lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to students, reinforcing concepts taught in class.
- Classroom Management:
- Support the teacher in maintaining a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Monitor student behavior and implement strategies to promote positive behavior.
- Assist with classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Student Assistance:
- Assist students and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Encourage students’ independence and self-advocacy skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience working with children, especially in an educational setting.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
