Job Summary:
As a Clerical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including handling paperwork, maintaining files, and assisting with various office tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist in preparing and proofing documents and reports.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
