Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
New / Renewal Marketing
- Manage the New / Renewal Process through collaboration with Producer / Account Executive / Client Manager as well as carrier representatives / underwriters
- Responsible for marketing submissions to carriers, including application preparation, loss analysis, and other pertinent information for submissions
- Submit to carriers and follow-up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies
- Analyze and compare carrier quotes for proper coverages, terms, pricing, and conditions, which includes making insurance program recommendations
- Prepare proposals and summaries of insurance
- Help identify the need for new products and develop innovative solutions for clients
- Confidently assessing the needs of clients, uncovering coverage gaps, and develop solutions to risk situations
- Bind coverage for policies as directed by the Producer / Account Executive / Client Manager
- Coordinate and finalize subjectivities
- Build and maintain relationships with underwriters and our carrier partners
