Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and production of BATA Baseball Pitching Machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
-Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy before assembly, reporting any discrepancies or defect to the supervisor.
-Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively to perform assembly tasks.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and productive work environment.
-Follow all safely protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
-Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking materials and supplies used in production.
-Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
Requirements:
-High School diploma or equivalent qualification
-Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is preferred but not required.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
-Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
