Job Description:
This posting is for a Full-Time direct hire production position with a 90-day probationary period for performance and attendance.
Compensation:
We offer highly competitive pay (depending on work experience) and a benefits package which includes (after eligibility period):
- Paid Vacation (2 weeks first year)
- 100% Paid Medical/Dental/Vision
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- 8 hour shifts (7:00am – 3:30pm)
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in mechanical assembly
- Experience in a production environment
- Comfortable with hand tools
- Organized
- Highly motivated
Required Skills:
- A strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
