The Summer Camp Team Lead plays a vital role in creating a Christ-centered, fun, and safe environment for campers at the Christian Academy of Knoxville. The position involves overseeing daily camp activities, managing a team of counselors, and ensuring the camp aligns with CAK’s mission of fostering spiritual, social, and personal growth in young people.
Requirements:- Oversee a team of camp counselors and support staff, providing direction and mentorship.
- Ensure activities are conducted safely and meet program objectives.
- Help execute daily schedules, special events, and spiritual development activities.
- Assist in adapting activities to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels.
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where all campers feel valued.
- Promote teamwork, creativity, and enthusiasm among campers.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanup of facilities and materials for activities.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to meet operational needs.
- A love for the Lord, support the mission of CAK and possess a sincere desire to serve all those associated with CAK.
