PAY RATE: $16.95 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Coordinates Elderly Services, In-Home Respite and Elderly Housing. Performs as a case advocate for various components, as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Completes various steps the Elderly Home Repairs (EHR) component. This includes, initial application, scheduling home visit, to collect necessary documents for EHR. Assign jobs for Leadperson and completes all steps related to processing all receipts. Other duties may include completing necessary paperwork for grants. Assists manager with development or revisions of forms for various components under direction of manager and IT for GoCanvas and Teams. Assumes lead with various steps of YouthFest preparations.
- Assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the elderly program in the absence of the manager, takes referrals and completes assessments of potential Elderly Housing participants.
- Coordinates services within Elderly Program components under the direction of the manager.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent General Studies Required
18 Months Additional Training In a Related Field Required
Years of Experience:
4 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (Ability to Obtain within first 90 days) Required
CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain)
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.
