PAY RATE: $16.95 Hourly (Pay is negotiable based on experience)

Summary:
Provides administrative and office coordination for the Family Life Counseling program and staff; provides customer service to participants served.
Essential Job Functions:
- Engage in daily operations of the mental health office, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Coordinate schedules and appointments for mental health professionals. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Greet participants and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Assist participants in scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, process payment, reimbursement management, accounts receivable, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Coordinate patient files in electronic health record (EHR), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPPA compliance with relevant regulations including managing records requests and ensuring participant charts are updated.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Associates Degree In a Related Field Preferred
Years of Experience:
4 or more years of successful experience in related field or combination of education and experience; Medical Assisting experience preferred
Certifications and Licensure:
Possess a Valid Kentucky Driver's License and Maintain a Safe Driving Record Required
CAP Driving Certification* (Ability to Obtain within first 90 days) Required
*In order to drive personal vehicle on CAP business, must obtain and maintain a policy of motor vehicle insurance coverage on privately-owned vehicle with insurance coverage amounts of $50,000 bodily injury per person per accident; $100,000 bodily injury for all bodily injuries per accident; and $50,000 property damage per accident.

Lift 45 lb and carry 30 ft
Lifts/moves items with unknown weight or that are awkward shapes and sizes with assistance
