This is a unique opportunity to bring HR expertise to help enhance our team in every aspect of our work. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support to a variety of Human Resources functions, including Employment, Benefits, and Payroll. You will also administer and provide support to employee recognition and engagement components, as well as field CAP admin support requests as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Provides general administrative support to HR functions, including Employment, Benefits, and Payroll
• Assists with and serves as a backup for other HR functions as needed
• Administers and provides support to employee recognition and engagement components
• Fields CAP admin support requests as needed
• Provides administrative support to HR Management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and reporting, as well as proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and creating reports. Confidentiality and discretion are a must. A Valid Kentucky Driver's License and maintaining a Safe Driving Record are required.
