Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. This position requires a proactive approach to managing human resources processes and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Generalist will collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with workers' compensation claims.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying talent and developing career paths for employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Facilitate conflict management processes and mediate employee disputes as necessary.
- Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with management to develop contracts and agreements for new hires.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation processes and regulations.
- Excellent recruiting skills with experience in interviewing candidates effectively.
- Proficient in conflict management techniques to resolve workplace issues amicably.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
