HR Business Strategy
- Serve as advisor to client group on activities / issues impacting human capital resource.
- Safety - support safety culture with client group by integrating safety mindset into every process.
- Basics and ethics - follow company compliance policies, drive to closure compliance training and projects with client group.
- Ensure client group compliance to all state and federal legal requirements.
- Data / KPI's - understand and track for client group-Turnover, absenteeism, overtime, etc.
- HR initiatives driver - GPM process, Compliance activities, talent development, Insight survey, Hitachi U trainings, safety trainings, etc.
- Drive on time completion of these by client group through regular updates / status reports.
- Problem solving - utilize 8 step problem solving process to identify data driven solutions to complex problems.
