HR Generalist

What You’ll Do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to bring top talent into the organization
• Champion employee engagement through events, recognition programs, and community outreach
• Administer benefits, FMLA, and leave programs with care and accuracy
• Support investigations, corrective actions, and compliance with HR policies and labor laws
• Maintain HR records and ensure timely, accurate payroll and timekeeping
• Monitor key HR metrics and support safety, OSHA, and workers’ comp reporting
  
  

What You Bring

• Associate’s degree or 2 years of HR experience preferred
• Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS and payroll systems a plus
• PHR/SPHR certification is a bonus

Pay Rate: $23.70/hr.
