Automotive Technician/Mechanic
The Automotive Technician/Mechanic position at Christian Brothers Automotive requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using knowledge and skills
- Continuously building experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Completing full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Working as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- FOLLOWING AND PROMOTING HIGH STANDARDS OF SAFETY, CLEANLINESS, AND ORGANIZATION
- Communicating effectively with the service department and other technicians
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve them
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
