Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic and upbeat technicians with a positive attitude who can diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests
- Build experience as an automotive mechanic across various domestic and foreign vehicles
- Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work collaboratively to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate effectively with the service department and express concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests
- 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve
- Able to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication
- Long-term career development aspirations
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting of over 100 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head level
- Tight spaces navigation due to vehicle repairs
- Dexterity required for efficient tool use
- Walking/standing for most of the workday
- Manual transmission vehicle operation
- Efficient computer navigation
