Job Overview :
As an Customer Service Representative with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Check guests in and out
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicle
- Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
- Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
- Keep the facility clean and organized
- Assist other team members as needed with clerical tasks such as accounts receivable and filing paperwork
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload
- Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
