Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles using advanced diagnostic techniques and factory scan tools
- Conduct thorough inspections and repairs on courtesy vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their concerns and provide solutions to their vehicle problems
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver distinguished results
Requirements:
- 10 years of automotive repair experience required
- ASE certification (L1 preferred or equivalent) and strong diagnostic skills desired
- Team-oriented, energetic, and upbeat attitude necessary
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles
- Flexible and focused on maintaining high guest satisfaction levels
