Job Description
The Master Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness. This role requires over 10 years of automotive repair experience, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnostics and repairs of various vehicle makes and models
- Continuously build expertise as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively
- Follow and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
Requirements and Qualifications
- Over 10 years of automotive repair experience required
- ASE Certification (L1 preferred or equivalent) and diesel experience a bonus
- Strong diagnostic skills desired
- Team-oriented, energetic, and upbeat attitude required
